About Speekee TV

Speekee TV and related Speekee merchandise and all associated activities is an online service operated by Lingua4 Ltd.

Liability

Lingua4 Ltd provides and maintains speekee.co.uk and Speekee TV for personal education and entertainment, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lingua4 Ltd gives no warranty in connection with speekee.co.uk or Speekee TV, including that speekee.co.uk or Speekee TV will work for a particular purpose. Lingua4 Ltd does not promise that the site will always be available, or that it will work perfectly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lingua4 Ltd exclude liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of your use of speekee.co.uk and Speekee TV, or any information, materials or other items you obtained from us, including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Lingua4 Ltd and Lingua4 Ltd shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation.

Termination

Lingua4 Ltd shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of speekee.co.uk and Speekee TV for any reason, including if you break the these Terms, or for any other reason.

You can terminate your PayPal subscription at any time. We will terminate your access to Speekee TV on the anniversary following your last payment (so that's a month or a year after your last payment, depending on whether you pay monthly or yearly), or immediately if you are still in the free trial period.

Refunds

We are unable to provide refunds for Speekee TV. All subscriptions come with a free trial period - please make use of this to determine whether Speekee TV meets your requirement. If you don't want to continue your subscription then simply login to your PayPal account and cancel it.

Privacy

1.Access to Personal Information

Lingua4 Ltd will never sell or share your personal information with third parties unless it is required to fulfil your order or to fulfil another function which you have consented to. (Examples of this include the use of PayPal to process payments, and MailChimp to send emails).

2.Cookies

This website uses "cookies", not for any sinister purpose, but to make things easier for you and us. If your browser is set to not allow cookies, you may find that some parts of this site do not work for you.
