Shopping at www.speekee.co.uk is safe and secure. Lingua4 Ltd places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide, particularly your credit/debit card details. For this reason we process online payments using secure systems provided by both Protx and PayPal. Credit/debit card transactions are handled by Protx and PayPal's highly secure systems; we do not store your credit/debit card details - we receive your payment without ever needing to. Refunds are also processed via Protx and PayPal; we do not need your credit/debit card details to process a refund.
When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming your order. This will state what you have ordered, the price, and delivery details.
We only sell goods that are in stock. Items are usually despatched within one working day of being ordered. Your credit card is charged at the time you place the order. If we are unable to despatch your order within 3 working days then we will contact you with an estimate of how long it will be until we can - in this case if you wish to cancel the order then we will issue a full and immediate refund.
